The regular court dates for Municipal Court of the City of Peculiar are normally on Mondays at 5:30 P.M. of each month. Court is held at 220 N Main.

Below is a list of the violations that may be paid prior to court. You must appear in court if charged with any violation that is not on this list. Every violation is automatically charged a court cost as well as the fine. You may pay by mail as long as your violation is listed below and your payment is received by the court 24 hours prior to your designated court date. Please include your ticket with your signature. Money orders or personal checks are accepted in the designated amount made payable to Peculiar Municipal Court.

If you choose to pay by mail, and request a receipt, a self addressed stamped envelope must be included. Mail payments to: Peculiar Municipal Court, PO Box 267, Peculiar, MO 64078. If you choose to pay in person, bring your summons and payment to the Court Clerk’s Office at 220 N Main, Peculiar, MO. A Personal Check, Money Order or Cash is accepted when paying in person.

Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 12:00p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday, except Holidays.
